Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is now in Waldo County! Great News! The Imagination Library is now available to all infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers in Waldo County. Join the Monroe Community Library for a Parade Day story time Saturday at 10:30am! We will read a book (about parades!) then create decorations for our library float which will be in the Monroe Memorial Day parade.
